Groupons
Groupon vouchers are redeemable at full price anytime before the expiration date on your voucher. Any expired vouchers are redeemable at the price you paid for them before tax.
Groupon vouchers can only be used on full priced items. They cannot be used with gift certificates, credits, sales, or any other discounts.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates will expire 1 year from the purchase date unless specified. Once expired, they will only be worth 50% of the original value for 6 months. After 6 months, the Certificate will no longer be redeemable.
Gift Certificates cannot be used with Groupons. They can be used with credits, sales, and other discounts.
Credits
Credits will expire 1 year from the date on the receipt unless specified. Once expired, they will only be worth 50% of the original value for 6 months. After 6 months, the Credit will no longer be redeemable.
Credits will only be written on the customer copy of the receipt. Please keep your receipt and provide it when you check out the next time to use it. If you do not have your receipt, you will not be able to use your Credit.
Credits cannot be used with Groupons. They can be used with gift certificates, sales, and other discounts.
Sales
Sales are any in-store discounts. Sale pieces cannot be put on hold, they must be picked out in person at the store. Sale pieces must be painted at the shop on sale dates or taken home for Pottery-To-Go. They cannot be taken home and brought back at a later date to paint.
If you do not finish your piece while its on sale, we can hold them in the back for you, space permitting. Pieces held in the back must be worked on once every 2 weeks. We will send a reminder after those 2 weeks and give another 2 weeks. After a month of no work, the pieces will be considered abandoned and be removed from the shelf. There is no guarantee your piece will be available once removed. We will not offer any refunds, credits, or replacements for abandoned pieces.
Groupons cannot be used with sales. Gift certificates and credits can be used with sales. Other discounts are on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you have any other discounts to check availability.
